Camping Plitka Vala **

Camping Plitka Vala is located on the Dalmatian island of Murter and is just 2 km from the centre of Betina. The campsite is situated on a mostly flat terrain covered with Mediterranean greenery. A 450-metre long pebble beach is located close to the campsite. Some of the facilities of Plitka Vala, including the reception, are shared with the neighbouring campsite. The sports and recreational purposes of the campsite include sailing and diving lessons and bicycle rental. The town of Betina is 31 km from Sibenik and 7 km from the bridge connecting the island of Murter to the Dalmatian mainland. This picturesque tourist resort is famous for its beaches and its long tradition of boat building, represented by a modern shipyard, also called "Betina", which produces sports and fishing boats. In the centre of Betina there is a local marina with facilities.
